  • Collects Patient Data: Gather and record patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and test results.
  • Assists in Planning Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Implements Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide patient education as directed.
  • Assists with Evaluating the Plan of Care: Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for adjustments to the care plan.
  • Administers Medication: Safely and accurately administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provides and Reinforces Teaching: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Participates in Activities Designed to Improve Healthcare Delivery: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in peer review, and engage in ongoing education and training.
  • Participates in Ongoing Educational Activities: Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
