Role Summary:
• Achieve production objectives as outlined by the production supervisor or team lead.
• Maintain accurate tracking of work in progress within the manufacturing area.
• Report and address any issues or discrepancies within the production environment.
• Uphold cleanliness in the production area to promote an efficient working atmosphere.
• Participate in the adoption of innovative manufacturing techniques and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the testing and development of prototype designs for new products and machinery.
• Operate various production machinery, including but not limited to presses, drills, rolling machines, and labeling/packing equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of machinery to ensure the production of compliant products.
Essential Skills:
- Assembly experience (2 years)
- Proficiency with handheld and precision measuring tools
- Familiarity with production machinery
- Knowledge of quality assurance and inspection processes
- Experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Work Environment:
Climate-controlled, clean facility.
