Job Title: Delivery Driver / Material Handler

Our wholesale distribution client is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver / Material Handler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near yards, shops, and/or warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load trucks and deliver products daily, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Follow written and oral instructions, operating loading and unloading equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Verify material receipts against vendor pack lists, reporting any discrepancies as found.
  • Stage material receipts in designated areas for proper identification labeling prior to movement to storage racks, saw, or shop areas.
  • Keep yard areas clean, organized, and free of trash and clutter.
  • Provide courteous and professional service during customer or vendor interactions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ Years previous forklift experience (sit-down type: Class I, IV, V, or VII) in a similar warehouse or shop environment.
  • Class A Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
