About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a pediatric patient in their own home, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their life.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in Florida (if out of state, a compact/multistate license is accepted).
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray (once Active with Maxim, we can provide an appointment if necessary).
  • Current BLS card.
