Nurse - DaVita

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
• Deliver care in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely interventions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals and objectives.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly desirable.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is an asset.
