Job Title: Technician

We are seeking dedicated full-time Technicians to contribute to our operations. As a technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness and organization within workspaces, supplies, and materials. This role encompasses various tasks such as replacing soiled grates/plastic coverings in paint booths, sweeping, mopping, collecting waste, and washing windows.

Work Schedule Options:

  • Friday through Monday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Off Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Off Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (Off Monday, Tuesday, Friday)

Flexibility is essential, as weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Execute cleaning and general labor tasks efficiently and safely as directed.
  2. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  3. Exhibit a positive demeanor towards colleagues and clients.
  4. Communicate any concerns to the team leader.
  5. Follow instructions provided by the Supervisor or Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Maintain alertness and physical readiness for duty.
  2. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  3. Capable of performing heavy manual labor.
  4. Willingness to use respirators in chemical environments.
  5. Accurately follow specific instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to move up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
  2. Extended periods of sitting or standing may be necessary.
  3. Capable of engaging in physical manual labor.
  4. Maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
  5. Comfortable working in confined spaces while using respirators.
  6. Willingness to travel for extended periods, exceeding typical shifts.

EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Some High School education acceptable.
  3. Experience in manufacturing settings is advantageous.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
