Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Answer questions regarding store policies, merchandise, and services, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with store team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
