Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at McLaren Health Care. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, providing treatment and referrals as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, including lab tests, immunizations, and TB precautions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee health and safety.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • State licensure as a registered nurse.
  • At least three years of experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, or a related field.
  • BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Experience in cost containment, worker's compensation, and OSHA regulations.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
