Comprehensive Dentist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Comprehensive Dentist to join our team at the Southwest Montana Community Health Center in Dillon, Montana.

This is a full-time position that will provide comprehensive dental services to diverse patient populations across the lifespan. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, as well as coordinating care with other medical, behavioral health, and dental staff.

• Provide basic and emergency direct patient care to dental patients of SWMTCHC.
• Assure quality dental services including dental screenings, diagnosis, and basic restorative dentistry.
• Remain current with standards of practice.
• Ensure accurate dental records of patient visits are maintained.
• Participate in annual dental care plan goals and objectives.

• Education, Licensure:
  • Board certification in Dentistry, current License in Montana in good standing, and current certification in BLS.
• Experience:
  • Experience with medically underserved populations and public health.
  • Experience with Electronic Dental Records required.
  • Two years post-graduate experience highly preferred.

• Knowledge of dental clinic operations.
• Knowledge of dental practices and procedures.
• Ability to support and work collaboratively with staff, patients, clinical support, and administrative staff.
• Basic computer skills to include proficiency with Electronic Dental Records.

The position is based in Dillon, Montana, with occasional travel to Butte. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and registration.

The estimated salary range for this position is $144,000 - $167,250 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
