We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Therapist to join our team in special education settings in Pequannock Township, NJ.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work collaboratively with our staff to provide evidence-based interventions and support students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans and strategies to promote student learning and behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide data-driven feedback to teachers and families on student progress
Requirements
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • 1+ years of experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
