RWE Clean Energy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy assets, including wind and solar plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain renewable energy assets, including wind and solar plants, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, asset managers, and project managers, to ensure seamless operations and maintenance activities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term profitability, plant reliability, and risk minimization.
  • Manage contractors and act as a local liaison to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related renewable energy field, with direct expertise in electrical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant construction/operations environment.
  • Prior experience with power generation, renewable, and gas facilities is a plus.
  • Ability to push/pull/lift tools and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and from job sites as assigned.
