Automotive Centre Supervisor

We are in search of an Automotive Centre Supervisor to lead our dedicated team and contribute to the growth of our branch.

As an Automotive Centre Supervisor, you will serve as a role model, inspiring and guiding your team to meet and surpass achievable targets, fostering shared success for the entire branch, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for an experienced workshop manager or a remarkable Assistant Manager / Vehicle Technician ready to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upholding and promoting the Company’s image, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maximizing output to meet profit and financial objectives.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of Automotive Centre staff, providing support as needed.
• Ensuring the security of inventory and funds, being accountable for any discrepancies.
• Maintaining high standards of company housekeeping.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday & Saturday
