We are seeking a qualified General Manager to drive sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio functionality from sales to operations. This includes leading generation, implementing sales processes, managing staff schedules, and directly coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience, confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives. You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Lead generation and Grass Roots Marketing
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Manage staff schedule
  • Directly coordinate with all vendors
  • Supervise Sales Representatives
  • Hire/Manage instructors at the studio
  • Proficiency in gym management software and POS
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
