Join Our Neurology Team

Banner Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients with neurological conditions. As a key member of our neurology program, you will work closely with our team of specialty neurologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of their conditions.
  • Collaborate with our neurology team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current NP Board Certification, Arizona Medical License, CPR, BLS
  • Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
  • Experience in administering BOTOX (desired but not required)
