Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our RNU department at Community Medical Center. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to patients and families, working as an integral part of the patient care team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to patients and families, working as an integral part of the patient care team.
  • Perform Phlebotomy tasks as required and will be provided on-the-job training.
  • Work as a team member to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • CNA license in the state of Montana required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience working in an Acute Care setting as a CNA required.
  • Must obtain BLS Healthcare Provider within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical terminology preferred.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, night shift position, working every third weekend.
