Key Responsibilities:

  • Review bid documents and engage in pre-bid discussions to thoroughly evaluate project requirements.
  • Conduct accurate takeoffs and quantity assessments with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, relevant codes, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE).
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
  • Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical practices.
