Team Introduction


The Manager role within our Health Care Consulting Group (HCCG) will support the reimbursement team in expanding and overseeing our third-party reimbursement services for our Health Care clientele.

This position will engage with both our internal team members and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate as a team member with existing HCCG reimbursement consultants to ensure all team members fulfill client expectations.
  • Engage with practice offices and their health care clients to deliver third-party reimbursement assistance.
  • Utilize technical expertise and professional consulting experience to ensure effective project management and practice enhancement.
  • Apply analytical skills to assess data and information received, identifying issues as they arise.
  • Conduct research and articulate knowledge regarding Federal and State regulations related to reimbursement challenges encountered in daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement guidelines; proficiency in completing cost reports is essential.
  • Able to function effectively as part of a team.
  • Client service-oriented, both internally and externally.
  • Creative and tenacious problem solver.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Medicare cost report software.
