As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide comprehensive primary care services to vulnerable populations, including the homeless and those with mental illness or substance use disorders.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $220-$295K per year, reflecting the skills and qualifications of our ideal candidates. Our benefits package includes a 403B plan with company matching, as well as medical, dental, and vision plans.

Job Description:
As a physician on our team, you will serve as part of a care team that directly interfaces with patients in need. Your primary responsibilities will include performing evaluations and treatments, assessing medical needs, and developing care plans. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate documentation, reviewing lab results, and initiating specialist referrals. In addition, you will work closely with other staff members to provide patient-centered care and improve team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed to practice medicine in California, hold BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and possess a DEA license. You should also have experience working with community resources from diverse backgrounds and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Availability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, between 8am-5pm, is also required.
