About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team on a PRN III basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care, prioritizing the physical and psychological needs of patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and comfort
  • Participate in unit-based council to drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with NICU experience highly preferred
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure upon hire
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support certification prior to independent patient care
  • STABLE Program completion within 90 days
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program completion within 90 days
  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training completion annually
