About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Professional 3 to join our team at BCT-LLC. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the Program's Budget through the creation and maintenance of spend plans, requisitions, and other supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of spend plans and coordinate financial data with Government officials.
  • Process MIPR and EAOs, and manage the purchasing process, including BER, PAR, and SPAT.
  • Assist with the creation of acquisition packages, including SOW and AcqStrat.
  • Track TTO Status and contract invoice.
  • Conduct triannual reviews of DAR-Q, including commitment, obligation, accounts payable, and unfilled orders.
Requirements
  • Twelve (12) years of DoD, IC, or fourteen (14) years of combined DoD, IC, and commercial experience in purchasing or finance, with a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in preparing reports reflecting program/project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Experience in budget planning, budget preparation, and budget execution for acquisition programs.
  • Experience with financial management systems and its interfaces, preferably FACTS and CMIS.
  • In lieu of a degree, Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or DAWIA Level I in Business/Financial Management, with three (3) years of directly related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, including importing Excel data into presentations.
