As a Respiratory Therapist at Corewell Health, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team in the Respiratory Therapy department at Lakeland Hospital St Joseph.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' respiratory care needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Perform advanced evaluation, management, and therapeutic procedures for patients requiring respiratory assistance
- Assess the effectiveness of treatment and accurately document patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory care, or sleep medicine
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Michigan
- CRT-Respiratory Therapist Registry certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
- CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification from the American Heart Association
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- CRT-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
