We're on a mission to accelerate the development of life-transforming treatments, and we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the manufacturing operations team at our state-of-the-art BaseCamp facility, overseeing the production of cell and gene therapy products.
- Supervise the cGMP manufacture of multiple cell and gene therapy types, including autologous and allogenic cell therapies, mRNA, and Lentiviral Vector (LV) products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure right-first-time technology transfer, process development, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain training materials and curricula to support continuous improvement in cGMP manufacture.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, safety enhancements, and cost reductions.
- Bachelor's degree in biological science or related engineering field.
- 4-6 years of experience in cGMP biotech manufacturing, preferably in cell and gene therapies.
- 2+ years of experience in people leadership and/or project leadership.
- Advanced understanding of primary cell culture and experience with equipment such as CliniMACS Plus, CliniMACS Prodigy, LOVO, bioreactors, and chromatography skids.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
