OptiMindHealth - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

At OptiMindHealth, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our integrated care team. As a PMHNP-BC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients in a supportive outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the integrated care team model, working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
  • Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and length of sessions, and providing medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, creating your own custom schedule with a perfect work-life balance.
  • Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, with our back-office support team handling billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks.

Licensure, Education & Experience:

We welcome new graduates and require licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues. Successful completion of the PMHNP-BC exam is preferred.
