Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a vital role in coordinating patient care services. As a member of our Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care possible. This includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, mentoring staff members, and facilitating smooth transitions throughout the acute care stay.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinates patient care services to ensure seamless transitions between departments
* Mentors professional caregivers to enhance delivery of patient care
* Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve short- and long-term goals
* Provides leadership for direct patient care provided by specialty nursing unit staff

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
