We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Community Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Solari Enterprises, Inc. As a Housing Community Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our apartment complexes and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and repairing apartments and common areas.
  • You will conduct regular inspections of grounds, building, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment to identify potential issues.
  • You will assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • You will provide excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for viewing and completing work orders.

Compensation:

  • $23.70/hourly salary.
