Far Inspections is a leading provider of mortgage field services. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders.
This is a 1099 position with a flat rate per inspection, earning the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour. The number of inspections completed varies by county and volume, ranging from 20-500 per month.
As an independent contractor, you will enjoy a flexible schedule and predictable income. Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required, but an ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines is crucial.
The purpose of this role is to verify property occupancy, report on general property conditions, and take photos of the property. This should only take 5-6 minutes per inspection. You will be responsible for completing all inspections in your assigned territory within 4 days.
To be considered, you must have a reliable vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet connection, and printer. A standard background check using a valid driver's license is also required.
