We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Dentists of Puyallup. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatment, preparing patients for oral examinations, and supporting various dental procedures.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing individual needs and maintaining a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, clean operatories, and manage dental supplies to support efficient patient care.
- Conduct radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians, and prepare tray setups for procedures.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with front and back office teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support patient care by presenting treatment records and health histories, and providing post-treatment instructions.
- Participate in daily huddles, monthly team meetings, and uphold the company's culture and values.
- High school diploma or GED, with state-mandated certification or licensure.
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
- Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
