  • Designed secure and resilient hybrid cloud architectures that comply with industry best practices across platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
  • Profound knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals, including virtualization, containerization, microservices, and serverless technologies; proficient in Risk Management, RHCOS security, container security, Kubernetes security, IAM security, network security, auditing, encryption, secrets management, and data protection, including securing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee the selection and architecture of cloud security instruments and controls, integrating existing enterprise tools with cloud-native security measures and third-party solutions.
  • Formulate IAM architectures where Identity serves as the new perimeter, shifting defenses from traditional network-based boundaries to a focus on users, assets, and resources. (IGA, IDaaS, PAM, MFA)
  • Advanced understanding of Identity Security principles, including least-privilege access, separation of duties, and Zero Trust design methodologies.
  • Experience with IAM Policy 'as code', including OPA – Open Policy Agent (specifically Styra Enterprise version) and Cedar – AWS open-source policy agent.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Security, Systems Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred: Professional certifications in information technology and cloud security, such as CISSP; optional certifications include CISM, CCSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP; Architect Certification.
