About the RoleAs a Wound Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including wound assessments, dressing changes, and medication administration
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Communicating effectively with patients and families to ensure their needs are met and they are informed about their care
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care techniques and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- One year of related clinical work experience, preferably in wound care
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification
