Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing Service Department at Kansas City Peterbilt, Inc. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of heavy and medium-duty diesel engine and chassis repair. Our Service Department is equipped with the latest technology and tools, and we offer on-site training and certification programs to help you advance your career.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform preventative maintenance services and repairs on heavy and medium-duty diesel engines and chassis
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Work with a team of experienced technicians to complete services from front bumper to back taillights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and tools through on-site training and certification programs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • CDL preferred
