Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
  • Sort dirty dishes into racks and place them through the dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
  • Sort and shelve clean dishes per Company standards
  • Assist the kitchen staff with tasks as needed
