Job Overview

ADAS AND AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE SPECIALIST

Are you ready to leverage your expertise in a significant and impactful manner?

Our Vehicle Engineering Specialists apply their extensive design and manufacturing knowledge to conduct investigations, analyses, and provide reports and expert testimony when technical and scientific insights are required to address civil litigation or insurance claims related to vehicle crash reconstruction and product liability.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keep Assist, and various ADAS/Autonomous functionalities, including both component-level specifications and system-level performance criteria. A comprehensive understanding of all vehicle systems and OEM design methodologies is also essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution is mandatory.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred; if not currently licensed, candidates must be willing to pursue licensure.
  • Over 10 years of general automotive knowledge and experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the development and testing of ADAS features is essential.
  • Specific experience in the design and development of ADAS systems and/or components is necessary.
  • Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of ADAS/Autonomous features, including component-level specifications and system-level performance requirements.
  • Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a comprehensive team is essential.
  • Exceptional technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills are required.
