We are seeking a Software Solutions Analyst to assist one of our federal clients. This position necessitates an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong willingness and ability to learn new software, cloud technologies, and IT concepts. As part of a larger team, you will be involved in the implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions. In your role as a functional analyst, you will collaborate closely with end users and developers to convert existing processes into requirements for the configuration and development of new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new software applications.
  • Work alongside developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders.
  • Design and develop new functionalities or enhance existing ones.
  • Collect and analyze requirements to design or improve processes that enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on information strategy, vision, and priorities.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and files.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
  • Provide technical support to end users, assisting them in troubleshooting software application issues.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and development.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with database management and system integration principles.
  • Active TS/SCI + CI polygraph is required.
  • Ability to quickly grasp functional concepts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Timely communication of relevant information with constructive feedback to cross-functional colleagues and managers.
  • Prior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, or Google.
