MedSurg RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in Neuro MedSurg-Medical, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide individualized patient care using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking.
• Coordinate care through effective partnerships and adapt service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
• Participate in bedside shift report and keep patients and significant others updated on their care plan.
• Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and support research and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.

• Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
• Direct patient care experience preferred.
