Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Meet with customers to determine their needs and preferences.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain the company's high standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently to ensure a smooth experience.
Maximize sales and execute retail promotions to increase profitability.
Participate in quality control and develop standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
Sales Consultant Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record required.
Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control preferred.
Automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently required.
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions required.
Multitasking skills required.
Proficient use of computers and business machines required.
