Job RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be a graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
- Hold certification from the California Board of Vocational Nursing
- Be validly certified in First Aid and CPR
- Hold a valid California driver's license and be able to provide transportation between school sites
- Provide two recent letters of reference
Applicants must attach the following documents to their application:
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Credential Copy
- Letter(s) of Recommendation
- Letter(s) of Reference
- Resume
The selection process will consist of the following steps:
- Application Review
- Interviews
- Performance Test (TBD)
Applicants who successfully complete each part of the examination process will be considered further. If five qualified applicants from the Lancaster School District demonstrate the ability to meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis.
