The role is situated within a dynamic environment, focusing on the development and optimization of ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement data workflows and mappings to facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into target systems.
  2. Create comprehensive technical documentation and establish testing protocols for ETL processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity and design effectiveness.
  4. Optimize ETL jobs for enhanced performance and efficiency.
  5. Adhere to established standards for workflow and mapping development to ensure consistency across projects.
  6. Develop ETL processes from operational data stores to data warehouses using Informatica Powercenter.
  7. Provide mentorship and support to junior developers.
  8. Assist in diagnosing and resolving ETL job issues across various environments.
  9. Engage with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless operations.
  10. Experience with Informatica Powercenter installation and administration is advantageous.
