**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Technician/Inventory Manager to join our team at Winterscale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and management of our used equipment warehouses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Rebuild and prepare used equipment for resale, including all types of equipment sold and serviced by our company.
- Perform in-house repairs of customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage and organize all used equipment warehouses, including the stripping and testing of components.
**Requirements:**
- Strong electro-mechanical experience and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel for equipment training (occasional overnight travel may be required).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience working in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
