Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist at South Pacific Rehab Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, documenting findings, and developing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. Your expertise and creativity will enable you to design and implement effective interventions that promote independence, function, and overall well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy, recognized by the AOTA, and a current license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable. You will also be proficient in using standardized evaluation forms and able to ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient data.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
- Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely, accurately, and adhering to all guidelines.
- Develop personalized treatment plans including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing various modalities and modifying treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
