Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, focusing on high-profile infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of contracts and financial aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the preparation and distribution of precise, timely, and contract-compliant documentation.
2. Collaborate with the procurement team during the tendering process, including the creation of subcontract documentation.
3. Manage subcontracts from the initial order placement through to the final account settlement.
4. Prepare, review, and finalize sub-contract documentation.
5. Develop and agree on interim payment applications.
6. Negotiate and finalize accounts with subcontractors.

Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience with NEC Contracts.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Professional qualifications such as MCInstCES or MRICS are preferred.
- Experience in rail or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
