Lead Worship Pastor

**Job Summary:**
The Associate Worship Pastor is a key member of the Central Christian Church team, responsible for fostering a healthy and thriving worship culture across all campuses. This role involves providing worship support, leading worship, and collaborating with other ministry departments to create and execute weekend and holiday services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Worship: Lead worship onstage a minimum of 46 weekends a year, including holidays, and at Central campuses as scheduled 3-4 times a month primarily at the Gilbert campus.
- Worship Support: Provide worship support to all campuses and ministries, including contributing to the planning and execution of weekend services, participating in song selection, and resourcing weekend teams.
- Team Development: Lead and develop volunteers, manage leaders at other campuses, and give them the necessary resources to develop their campus teams.
- Resource Management: Oversee auditions for all campuses, resource lyrics for all campuses and adult ministry events, and oversee team nights for all campuses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other ministry departments to create and execute weekend and holiday services, and support the vision and direction of Central Christian Church and the Creative Arts Team.
- Communication: Participate in all staff events, support other ministries with worship, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with and inspire a team of creatives, and have the ability to work independently within the scope of assignment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to be flexible in executing last-minute weekend changes.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively as a team member, and have the ability to sing and speak on stage.
- Experience: Experience in a large church is preferred.

- Financial Support: Financially support the vision of Central Christian Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
