Key Responsibilities

As a Field Administrator, your primary duties will include:

  • Processing certified payroll and managing project vendor relationships.
  • Coordinating meetings and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred.
  • Experience in accounting or certified payroll processes is advantageous.
  • Exposure to the construction industry is a plus.
