Director of RNA-Based Drug Discovery

As a Senior Scientist at Qilu Pharmaceuticals, you will play a key role in advancing our RNA therapy program. You will be responsible for developing siRNA therapeutics for intractable diseases and working closely with our team to ensure the highest quality data and best possible results.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to identify and assess new target-indication pairs
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop siRNA therapeutics from target identification to declaration of development candidates
- Collaborate with global resources to manage projects, including CROs and vendors
- Communicate research findings to project teams, governance bodies, or external meetings
You will need a PhD in biology, pharmacology, or related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferably in oligonucleotide research. Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Chinese are also required.
