  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with nurses and doctors to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident living areas, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide Emotional Support and Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall quality of life.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant is a must.
