Job Summary

Cutter Holding Co is seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to lead the development, certification, and fielding of new and existing Supplement Type Certificates (STCs). As the company point of contact, you will be responsible for overseeing all STC development projects, working with vendors and internal departments, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement STC development projects, working closely with vendors and internal departments.
  • Oversee the entire STC development process, from concept to certification.
  • Collaborate with sales departments to develop features and marketing materials.
  • Provide technical support to owners and installation facilities.
  • Work with aircraft for measurements and specifications.
  • Act as liaison between company, engineering, and certification vendors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) Certificate, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of 145 repair station operations/regulations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MRO settings.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sheet metal skills.
  • Excellent skill sets with electrical system trouble-shooting.
  • Excellent skill sets with reading and interpreting aircraft drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
