Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and safety, and promoting their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including health evaluations, monitoring, and coordination of services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Two years of LPN experience required.
- Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- Dedication to seniors and their well-being.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
