We are a company that provides exceptional personal travel booking, rewards & group travel experiences. We are looking for an experienced Staff QA Engineer who is passionate about testing our mobile and web apps from concept to delivery.

**Job Description**
This is a key role that requires expertise in software quality assurance engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing test cases, maintaining test plans, and executing manual functional tests. They will also work closely with our R&D team to ensure the quality of major deliverables and collaborate with multiple engineers and teams to drive success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop test cases and maintain test plans
- Execute manual functional test cases
- Design, develop, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure the quality of major deliverables
- Work with multiple engineers and teams to drive success

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of software quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Experience driving quality through the process, instrumentation, requirements, and testing
- Good understanding of automation frameworks
- Solid knowledge of test management, reporting and bug-tracking tools (TestRail, Jira or similar)
- Experience with continuous integration processes and tools (Jenkins, Maven)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes of bugs
- Knowledge of code repo/review tools (GIT, Bitbucket or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction

**Compensation**
The salary for this position is $120,000—$203,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
