Job Summary

We are looking for a Line Cook who can use their culinary expertise to prepare delicious meals for our patrons. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to providing an excellent experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Set Up the Kitchen: Ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are ready for use at the start of each shift.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food to a high standard, presenting it in an appealing manner to enhance the dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock when necessary to avoid stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management to support the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
  • Culinary Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Food Certification: Food Handler's Certification is a bonus, but not mandatory.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential for success in this role.
  • Time Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $$$45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
