Job Title: Registered Nurse

A-Line Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work with a youth psychiatric facility, providing care to patients between the ages of 13 and 17.

As a Registered Nurse at A-Line Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working under moderate supervision, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your duties will include performing routine nursing work, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.

• Providing direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
  
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse and able to practice in the State of Texas
  
• Prefer 2+ years of experience as a direct care nurse
  
• Prefer experience in a psychiatric setting
  
• Must have current American Heart Association CPR certification (BLS)
  
• Must have negative PPD results within the last 12 months
  
• Must pass a urine drug screen and background check
  
• Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check
  

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
