About Us: Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is a premier multi-specialty medical group dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare. We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Support Specialist to join our dynamic Orthopedic Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all necessary diagnostic tests, including imaging studies, are prepared prior to patient consultations.
  • Assist in preparing patients for examinations and provide support during procedures.
  • Administer injections and prepare medications as required.
  • Manage wound care and dressing changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of vital signs and other critical patient information.
  • Handle patient inquiries and manage prescription requests efficiently.
  • Triage incoming patient calls for healthcare providers.

Qualifications: Experience in casting application is a plus. The ideal candidate will embody the values of PCI, demonstrating a commitment to superior patient care, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical record systems is essential. CPR certification and current licensure are mandatory.
